LU Crew

What is the LU Crew?

• The Crew allows you and your friends to have some of the best college experiences while being part of the action at Lamar athletic events.
• The Crew creates a social atmosphere, giving you the opportunity to meet new people through an interest in athletics.
• The Crew offers Lamar students' incentives for attending Lamar athletic events.
• When Lamar students sign up for the Crew they will be given a key card which will have a unique barcode on the back that will be scanned at all home games the student attends.
• The first game a Lamar student comes to and signs up, they will receive a key card and an LU Crew Keychain.
• When the student has been to 3 games they will receive a T-shirt, after the 6th game they will receive a LU Crew Beanie, after the 9th game attended the Lamar student will receive a LU Crew drawstring bag, and after the 12th game the first 50 students will receive a backpack.
• On to the Grand Prizes, when a student has attended 6 games their name will go in a drawing for grand prizes. The student will then be entered into the drawing for every game they attend after the 6th game.

Who can participate in the LU Crew?

• Students who are currently enrolled at Lamar University and have a valid LU student ID card can participate in the LU Crew

How to participate in the LU Crew?

• All you have to do is SHOW UP!!!
• Come to any volleyball, soccer, men's/women's basketball, or baseball game, find the LU Crew table (near main entrance) and sign up to get your key card.
• Then when you are a member of the Crew come to any volleyball, men's/women's basketball, or baseball game and bring the key card to be scanned so you can start earning your points towards that Grand Prize entry.
• Most importantly, CHEER on your LAMAR CARDINALS!!
